DIY Hanging Plants

How to make hanging plants out of plastic bottles and string!

You need:

• a plant

• bottom of a plastic bottle

• string

• scissors or x-actor knife

1. Cut the bottom off the bottle

2. Put some earth in the bottle and dig a hole for your plant. 

3. Plant in the plant and fill it up with earth (mine had roots like these screaming Harry Potter thingies lol)

4. Knot the first string around the bottle. Then cut two similar pieces off your string and knot them around the first one, creating the suspensions as shown. Knot these suspensions together like this:

5. Hang it up. I used transparent adhesive tape in a star shape because mine's pretty light.

And you're done!
